What is Message Based Therapy

Seeks to help people identify their values and the skills and knowledge they have to live these values, so they can effectively confront whatever problems they face. The therapist seeks to help the person through therapeutic conversations that shape people’s lives in constructive ways.

Anyone who wants to regain control, life happier in keeping with what they value, believe, and desire for themselves will benefit from Message Based Therapy. The interactivity is a proactive approach for people who are not quite comfortable with one on one counselor sessions.

The Process

  • Similar to a live chatting session, the client communicate themselves by text and the counselor responds by test.
  • A message package is not a live session, but is rather the client sending a message in their own time and the counselor responding in within a time frame
